Addition to Techlabs!

Autumn is in full swing and here at Techlabs we welcome our latest member, QTrobot!

QTrobot is a humanoid, social and educational robot from LuxAI over in Luxembourg. The robot specializes in educational material for children which goes hand-in-hand with our recent visit to childcare centers in Kauniainen.

The robot has capabilities to speak English, Finnish and Swedish and comes packaged with features like computer vision, automatic speak recognition, gestures and facial animation. All very important aspects when you wish to involve the user in human robot interaction.

We hope QTrobot will enjoy its stay at Techlabs and that it inspires to many new innovations in the field. We also hope to have more surprises by early winter but for now QTrobot is looking forward to showing us everything it knows!
